Where can I find more information about prescribing Footwork orthotics?

You can always speak to us or send us an email. We also have great video resources on our YouTube channel.

When can I expect delivery of my orthotic?

Your orthotic is manufactured within 5 working days. Please allow for more time during weekends, public holidays, and production shut down periods.

What is the "Rapid" option when prescribing an orthotic?

If you need your orthotic back in a hurry, we can make production arrangements to meet your needs. Please note that extra costs may apply.

How do I set-up a Footwork account?

Please email info@footwork.com.au or call 1300 667 774 to speak to our friendly staff and begin your Footwork journey.

How do I access your online prescription and client portal?

To apply for access, please get in contact with us directly. We will then set you up with a new username and password.
